Dr. Conrad has over 13 years of experience in analytical, formulation, and manufacturing process development. Prior to joining Immuneering in April 2025, Dr. Conrad held roles of increasing responsibility at Hikma Pharmaceuticals developing generic injectable medicines culminating in his leadership of an integrated group responsible for end-to-end product development. He also worked previously for Boehringer Ingelheim in R&D and Operations. Dr. Conrad received his B.S. in Chemistry and his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Kent State University.
