Immuneering Corporation (the “Company”, “Immuneering”, “we”, “us” and “our”) takes the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to our collection and use of personal information through our websites that link to this Policy, including without limitation www.immuneering.com and ir.immuneering.com (collectively, the “Website” or “Websites”).

Technical Information

RETENTION

MINORS 

Our Websites are not directed towards children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use the Website or submit any personal information to us. If you use our Websites, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected or have been sent personal information about or from a child, we reserve the right to delete that personal information as soon as reasonably practicable. POLICY CHANGES 

We may, in our sole discretion, modify this Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this Policy. However, it is your sole responsibility to review the Policy from time to time to view any such changes. The updated Policy will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the updated Policy. Your continued access to or use of the Websites after the modifications have become effective will be deemed your acceptance of the modified Policy.
